For four consecutive years from 2014 SKCT Expo has been designed specifically for school students provided an enriching platform for educational exploration.
In 2010, the establishment was acknowledged and granted the status of a Research Center.
In 2011, obtaining financial support from various channels like DASSAULT, DST, Ministry of Earth Sciences, and BARC to facilitate the organization of seminars, conferences, and projects.
In 2016, the department earned acclaim by receiving the prestigious Best Department Award.
In 2019, the department received recognition and was honored with the Vibrant Department Award.
In 2023, our dedicated trustee wholeheartedly approved a substantial budget of 4000000 for the establishment of an advanced Material Science Laboratory dedicated to research endeavors.
